The Kansas City Royals, winners of four straight games, spend the weekend in Cleveland for a three-game series against the Indians. The Tribe is on a five-game winning streak heading into this matchup of the two hottest teams in the American League.

The games are at 6:00 p.m. Friday, 6:00 p.m. Saturday, and at noon on Sunday; all Royals games are live on Sports Radio KFH 1240AM 98.7FM.

The Royals have the worst road record in Major League Baseball.

The Royals completed a four-game sweep of the visiting Chicago White Sox with a 6-5 win Thursday afternoon at Kauffman Stadium. KC's four-game winning streak is its longest of the season, and it was only the second series sweep of the season for the Royals, who are 6-1 since the All-Star break (with all seven of those games coming at home.)

It was KC's first four-game sweep over the White Sox in 25 years.

During the 6-1 homestand, the Royals averaged seven runs per game, batting .330 as a team, while getting several solid efforts from their starting pitchers.
