Here's what you need to know for the games at Intrust Bank Arena

Wednesday, March 14 | Open Practice

EVENT INFORMATION: Open Practice Day is free and open to the general public. The first 1,500 fans in attendance will receive a free commemorative rally towel. Fans are permitted and encouraged to come and go throughout the day, but will be required to go through the security process on each re-entry of the arena. 


DOORS OPEN:  Doors will open at 10:00am 


PRACTICE TIMES: Penn Practice: 11:00am N.C. State Practice: 11:45am Kansas Practice: 12:30pm Seton Hall Practice: 1:15pm Houston Practice: 3:25pm Michigan Practice: 4:10pm San Diego State Practice: 4:55pm Montana Practice: 5:40pm 


PARKING & SHUTTLE INFO: During the tournament, navigate with the ease and expertise of a local by utilizing resources such as printable maps, interactive parking maps and more. DROP-OFF & PICKUP: The east lane of Emporia Street will be dedicated to drop-offs & pick-ups for hotel shuttles, rideshare vehicles and taxis. 

 
 
Thursday, March 15 | Sessions 1 & 2

DOORS OPEN:  Session 1: 11:30 a.m. Session 2: TBA until after the conclusion of all Session 1 games. 


GAME TIMES: SESSION 1: 1:00 p.m. – (16) Penn vs. (1) Kansas After Game 1: (9) N.C. State vs (8) Seton Hall SESSION 2: 6:20 p.m. – (11) San Diego St. vs. (6) Houston After Game 3: (14) Montana vs. (3) Michigan 


PARKING & SHUTTLE INFO: Carpooling is highly encouraged. During the tournament, navigate with the ease and expertise of a local by utilizing resources such as printable maps, interactive parking maps and more. Fans can learn more here, refer to the attached parking maps, or visit www.parkdowntown.org for detailed information on parking and shuttles. Fans are also encouraged to follow @parkdowntown on Twitter for real-time parking updates. Shuttles will be running continuously throughout the games. 


DROP-OFF & PICKUP: The east lane of Emporia Street will be dedicated to drop-offs & pick-ups for hotel shuttles, rideshare vehicles and taxis. 


CAMERA POLICY: Small point and shoot cameras only. No 35 MM or detachable lens cameras. No audio or video recording devices.  
 
BAG POLICY: Backpacks are prohibited (this includes diaper bag backpacks). Bags are allowed inside the building but must not be larger than  14" x 14" x 6" (with the exception of medical bags). All bags will be searched prior to entering the arena.  


SECURITY POLICY: ALL patrons are subject to search. To make the process of the security searches fast and smooth, please have all items removed from your pockets, open all jackets and purses, and have your tickets out and ready to be scanned. 


FOOD/BEVERAGE: A full menu of food and beverage selections will be available inside INTRUST Bank Arena. Patrons are not allowed to bring outside food/beverage into the arena. Per NCAA guidelines, alcohol sales will not be in effect for this event. 


SPECIAL NOTE: Fans arriving early for Session 2 are encouraged to visit close by restaurants and bars until Session 1 concludes. Fans who choose to remain near INTRUST Bank Arena will be instructed to line up in designated areas. Fans will not be allowed to line up or congregate near the entrances to INTRUST Bank Arena until the guests from Session 1 have completely exited the Arena. 


EXITING: Patrons will be asked to exit INTRUST Bank Arena immediately following the conclusion of Session 1, regardless of if the patron holds a ticket for Session 2, in order to allow for preparations for Session  2.
